We're at 4107 5th Street in Brookshire, TX 77423. Easy to find off I-10, about 40 minutes west of Houston. Free parking available right outside the shop.
How do I book an appointment?
Call us at (832) 983-2240. We'll talk through your design idea, schedule a time that works, and answer any questions. Walk-ins welcome when Alex has availability, but appointments get priority.
What's your pricing?
Pricing depends on size, detail, and placement. Small pieces start around $80. Larger custom work is quoted after we see your design. Call for an estimate based on what you want.
Does Alex do custom designs or only flash?
Alex specializes in custom work. Bring your idea and he'll sketch something unique for you. He listens to exactly what you want and makes sure the design fits your vision before starting.
Can you cover up or fix an old tattoo?
Yes. Alex has done plenty of cover-ups and reworks. Bring a photo of the existing tattoo when you call or come in. He'll tell you what's possible and sketch options.
How long does a typical tattoo take?
Small tattoos take 1-2 hours. Medium pieces run 3-4 hours. Larger work might need multiple sessions. Alex will give you a time estimate when you book based on your design.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
Bring a valid ID. Wear comfortable clothes that give easy access to the area getting tattooed. Eat a good meal beforehand. If you have reference images, bring those too.
What's the aftercare process?
Alex gives you detailed aftercare instructions after your session. Keep it clean, moisturized, and out of the sun. No swimming or soaking for two weeks. Follow the steps and it'll heal perfect.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
You must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued ID. No exceptions. Minors cannot get tattooed even with parental consent under Texas law.
What styles does Alex specialize in?
Alex handles a range of styles from traditional to realism to script. Look at examples of his work when you come in or call to discuss your specific style preference.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, deposits hold your appointment slot. Amount varies by project size. Deposits apply toward your total cost. If you cancel last minute or no-show, deposits aren't refunded.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Cash is preferred but cards work fine. No checks. Pay the balance when your tattoo is finished.
